Why we rate it
Most waterproof protectors make a choice for you: rustle like a crisp packet, or run hot. After eight weeks on two beds, one of them a four-year-old’s, this one did neither. It went through eleven washes at 60°C without the membrane bubbling, which is where cheaper protectors usually fail.
The terry surface is the part you will notice: it feels like bedding, not a barrier, and it stayed put on a deep mattress thanks to proper elasticated skirts.
